SAIFCA Joins Global Leaders to Build a Safer AI Future for Children

We're proud to announce that SAIFCA is now part of the Beneficial AI for Children Coalition!
As part of the Coalition, we join other impactful organisations such as the NSPCC, The Future Society, Common Sense Media, and The Alan Turing Institute – all working together to create a brighter AI future for children.

The Beneficial AI for Children Coalition was launched during the AI Action Summit in February 2025 by everyone.AI and the Paris Peace Forum. It champions a collaborative approach involving experts, governments, businesses, and educators to minimise risks and maximise benefits for the well-being of children.
Leading tech companies including Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic have also joined the Coalition, and we look forward to working alongside them to ensure children’s safety in an AI-powered world.
Numerous governments are already on board, with more expected to follow, along with startups such as EvidenceB and CheckIt Learning. The Coalition's work is supported by UNICEF and UNESCO and includes renowned experts such as Stuart Russell, Sonia Livingstone, Luc Julia, Gregory Renard, Mathilde Cerioli, David Harris, Laurence Devillers, and Florence Gsell.
As AI continues to reshape our world, we owe it to children to build a future that truly serves them and enhances their well-being. That means protecting them from the risks and harms of AI must be a priority.
At the Safe AI for Children Alliance, we believe that by working together and aligning on shared goals, we can succeed in safeguarding children in the age of AI.
Together, we are stronger – and together, we will create a better future for children!
